At Carousel Studios, we are committed to providing a smooth and professional experience. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund and cancellation terms apply:
Styling Shoots
- Styling Shoots are time-based bookings. A session fee is required in advance to secure your chosen date.
- Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date are eligible for a 50% refund of the session fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled shoot are non-refundable.
- Cancellations between 14 days and 72 hours prior to the scheduled date are eligible for rescheduling only; no refund will be provided.
- If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, inclement weather) prevent Carousel Studios from completing the session, clients may reschedule at no additional cost or request a full refund of their deposit.
Product Photography
- Product photography does not require client attendance.
- Any delay in delivering products to Carousel Studios will result in a corresponding delay in the delivery of photographs, depending on our production schedule.
- Once a downpayment is received, it is non-refundable, as resources and scheduling are committed automatically.
- No refunds will be provided due to dissatisfaction with style preferences or creative direction once the shoot has been completed.
Free Space Studio Rental
- Bookings for studio rental require advance payment.
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental may be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled rental are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided in the case of no-shows.
Add-On Services (External Partners)
- Carousel Studios may source external partners such as models, stylists, make-up artists, and set designers upon client request.
- Any delays, cancellations, or no-shows by third-party partners outside of Carousel Studios’ direct control are not the responsibility of Carousel Studios.
- However, when partners are sourced from within the Carousel Studios partner network (e.g., agencies and stylists booked through us), we will work in good faith to rebook or reschedule affected sessions.
- Refunds for Add-On services are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party provider and may vary.
General Terms
- All rates are subject to change and are non-negotiable unless booked through a special promotion.
- Payments for all services are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All services and products are subject to applicable taxes and, where relevant, shipping or handling fees.
